How do I track my box?

You will receive an email with a tracking number each month after boxes ship. If you have questions about when your package will arrive, please call the USPS at 1-800-275-8777.


What’s in my box?

Contents of the box are a surprise each month. You can expect 4-6 curated gifts that are designed to uplift and reward you as a mother.


How much do your products retail for?

The items in our boxes retail for $55-$85. We never put an item in the box that we wouldn’t love to receive as a gift ourselves.


Can I purchase last month’s box?

We regularly sell out of boxes but we are adding more each month. We do occasionally have a few past boxes available, which we list on our website on a first come, first serve basis. If you’d like to know when those will be listed, email us at hello@mommymailbox.com for a heads up. Subscribers never miss a box!


Can I reorder a product that was in my box?

Yes, absolutely! Our vendors often offer special discounts to Mommy Mailbox subscribers in our box. Visit our Past Boxes page to find info about all the vendors in our past boxes.

Where does Mommy Mailbox ship?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. We ship to Canada for $10.50/month.


When will I be billed?

You will be billed the 20th of each month, or you have the option to pay for your subscription upfront and be charged once.


What are my billing options?

You can opt to be charged one time for your entire subscription or you can opt to be charged monthly.


Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! Select from one of our Gift plans.


When will my box ship?

Boxes ship the first week of each month.


How can I update my billing/shipping info?

You can log into the account you created on our website when you originally purchased your Mommy Mailbox and you will be able to change your shipping and billing information there. It is your responsibility to keep this up to date. If any info is outdated you run the risk of not receiving your box in a timely manner. Or, email us at hello@mommymailbox.com and we’ll take care of it. PLEASE NOTE: Our website changed platforms May 2015. If you purchased a subscription prior to that you do not have a running account and will need to make shipping changes via email.

Do you charge sales tax?

You are only charged sales tax if you live in Arizona.


Return policy

Mommy Mailbox cannot accept returned boxes once they have been opened. We do not take back single items from a box. If an item in your box is missing or damaged, email us at hello@mommymailbox.com and we’ll take care of it.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at subscriptions@mommymailbox.com and we’ll take care of it right away. Please see our cancellation policy for additional questions.
