What is your return and refund policy?
All boxes are final sale. We do not accept returns of Mommy Mailboxes and any box returned to us will not be eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns for individual items within the box. If your box does not arrive, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your tracking email. If Mommy Mailbox is not notified within that timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for your missing box and will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. If an item in your box is missing, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item in your box is damaged, please notify the supplier. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Mommy Mailbox.
When do you bill?
Mommy Mailbox bills all reoccurring subscriptions on the 20th of every month.
What is your cancellation policy?
Gift subscriptions and subscriptions for more than one month (e.g., 3- or 6-month subscriptions) cannot be canceled during the subscription period. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first month’s box. If you would like to cancel your month-to-month subscription after receiving the first box, you will continued to be billed for the following month’s box to complete the billing cycle, and will then be removed. There is no fee for canceling a subscription. Please note: cancellations can take 4-7 business days to be processed & our billing department is closed on the weekends.
